Learning at Lumio is for everyone.
One location, one coordinated schedule and small groups designed to make learning convenient for busy parents.
Convenient timing: Courses are coordinated, where possible, with the Lumio After-School Programme.
Classes at Lumio: Parents can attend a class while their children participate in their activities.
Small groups: 6–8 participants, allowing for personal interaction and attention.

Yoga Time
Kundalini Yoga
A holistic practice combining movement, breathwork and meditation, with an emphasis on awareness, relaxation and mindful energy.
Designed with Lumio parents in mind.
Selected classes are scheduled while children are attending Lumio after-school activities. On Saturday mornings, parallel adult and child activities can also make it easier for the whole family to arrive and leave together.

Register & pay
If you are part of the Lumio community, select the “Register & Pay” button and complete your booking via Clipboard. External participants can register at the school reception.

You’re all set!
Once your registration and payment are complete, your place is reserved. Places are limited, so we recommend booking early.
Frequently asked questions
Who can join the courses?
The programme is designed primarily with Lumio families in mind.
Where do classes take place?
Courses take place on the Lumio campus in Paphos.
When do classes begin?
Classes begin on 1 October 2026.
What happens if my child’s after-school programme finishes before my class?
If your class finishes after your child’s after-school programme, we will provide supervision and make sure your child has something enjoyable and engaging to do while they wait for you.
What happens if there aren’t enough participants?
If a group does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will offer you the option to join another group at a different time or provide a full refund.
Can people who are not part of the Lumio community join the courses?
Yes. External participants are welcome to join our courses and can register and pay at the school Main Office Reception. Please note that, as places are limited, priority will be given to Lumio families.
