The countdown continues for the opening of Lumio Private School in September 2024, and we plan to keep you updated with each milestone achieved.
We expect the general contractor to commence planned renovations within the next two weeks, perhaps even sooner.
Lumio’s architectural partners, the esteemed LAZAROU & MICHAEL Cypriot firm, continue to inform us that they are working around-the-clock to ensure that our project is delivered on time. All technical documents, regarding the renovation of the building are now in review and awaiting final approval.
The clean-up process of the school premises have been completed this week, resulting in a noticeable transformation to our campus, this included 10 skip containers of up to 19 tons of “waste” being removed from the site.

Companies applying for the general contract to upgrade the school premises will be appointed within the next three weeks.
As presented during our Open Day presentation, the existing infrastructure forming the foundation of our school is in place, allowing us to concentrate on stripping the surrounds, treating the metal and adding the building blocks to create a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment for your child.
The Furniture for our classrooms has been ordered and the visualisations of these will be available in due course!
